EFL Leadership Program is an exciting and unique opportunity to enhance your leadership skills and fulfill your dreams for social change.
Successful applicants will participate in a free coaching program with world-class leadership professionals.
Your leadership coaches will support you as you lead a project that positively benefits your community.
Over the course of 5 months, you will receive 6 one-on-one sessions and ongoing support from a team of experts, which will continue even after the course.
We will set goals, identify and work through challenges, and improve your time management, effectiveness, influence, and impact.
